Anthony Cacciola

Mr. Anthony Cacciola is Head of Investment for Integrated Securities.  Mr. Cacciola has more than 10 years’ experience in financial services.  He is involved in the management of corporate finance, fund management and mortgage loans.  Mr. Cacciola has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating loan facilities, security documentation, equity documentation, equity participation, debt finance and syndications.

Mr. Cacciola is currently the CEO of AVC Capital, as well as Founder and Head of Credit and Asset Management for Brighton Capital.  Both companies act for a number of large high net worth individuals including offshore Private Equity Funds and investors. Mr. Cacciola is an active private funder and represents a number of finance companies, specialist financiers, private lenders and corporate borrowers.
